Scoopi Land Pty Ltd (ABN 14 693 097 059), trading as Scoopi Land, is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and applies to all personal information collected by Scoopi Land through our websites, booking platforms, in-club operations, and marketing channels.

We use CCTV cameras in our clubs and facilities for: Health, safety, and security purposes Prevention and investigation of incidents or crime CCTV footage is stored securely and only accessed by authorised personnel or law enforcement where required.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our business, legal obligations, or technology and any changes will be in accordance with any applicable requirements under the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles. The updated version will be available on our website, and the effective date will be revised accordingly.
